Custom Orders — How to Request Your Own Mountain Print

1. World-Famous Peaks
Simply tell us in Contact section the mountain’s name (e.g., Everest, Kilimanjaro, Matterhorn). We’ll handle the rest—research, outlines, elevation, and coordinates. These well know mountains won't add extra costs. 

2. Lesser-Known Mountains
Please provide:

Move forward with custom order and in the ordering phase

A clear photo (front-facing, if possible)

Mountain name (local or official)

Location (nearest town, region, or coordinates)

These details ensure we trace the correct skyline and cite accurate data.

3. Review & Approval
We’ll email a low-resolution proof within 2 business days. You can request minor tweaks (text, spacing, coordinate style) at no extra cost.

4. Printing & Shipping
Once approved, your custom print is produced at 300 dpi and dispatched within 3–5 business days. European shipping currently available. Ask us for special locations. 

5. Returns

Once you approve the proof in Step 3, the order becomes bespoke and non-returnable, except in cases of shipping damage or print defects. Any issues? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.
